• What is the thickness of  INFLASOLE™?
  There are different thicknesses on various areas of the insoles - heel, arch, forefoot. The average thickness is 5/8" of the inch (1.5 cm).

• Can I use them in a dress shoes?
  Most likely no. They are replaceable shoe inserts and they are intended for athletic shoes, work shoes, casual shoes, etc.

• Can I just insert  INFLASOLE™ on top of my existing insoles?
  We recommend removal of the existing insoles or liners. With your Inflasoles they are not necessary, and will increase the weight of your footwear as well as decrease space inside the shoes.

• Can I insert my orthotics on top or underneath of   INFLASOLE™?                 You may try either way, but you should know that Inflasole™ has its own arch support. You may not need additional orthotics. The main purpose of Inflasole™ is to provide additional shock-absorbency.  However, if you have a foot problem that needs special treatment, consult with your podiatrist. 

• Can I wash them?
  Yes, We recommended hand-washing using a small amount of mild soap or detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not use in washing machine or in dryer.

• During washing will water get in?
  Probably not but if that happens it would be a very small amount. It will not harm the InflaSole and the water will evaporate in a relatively short period of time.

• If I purchase more than one pair will I receive a discount?

• Are InflaSoles available at wholesale prices?

• What if I have a problem with my  INFLASOLE™?
  We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the undamaged insoles within 15 days from the date we ship your order,  however, we cannot accept damaged, worn, or used goods. Please refer to our Warranty Page for our return policy or more information.

• How long will my INFLASOLE™ last?                                                                      They can last several years, depending on use,  and they may outlast several pairs of your shoes. 

• Does it take time to get used to INFLASOLE™?                                                  There is no "training period" as with orthotics or other inserts. When you first try Inflasole™, you will experience instant gratification. After several days of use the upper surface of the Inflasole™ molds to the contour of your feet. See our Testimonials Page.

• What if I don't like the product?
  That would be most unusual. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return unused/undamaged product within 15 days from the date we ship your order with receipt for full refund minus shipping and handling charges. (See warranty page).
