| If you are not completely
satisfied with INFLASOLE™ return undamaged insoles along with a copy of your original
receipt within 30 days from the date we ship your order for full refund or exchange, minus
shipping and handling charges. If a
malfunction occurs within 180 days of date of purchase due to a manufacturing error,
simply return product with proof of purchase for replacement.
Our return policy is
simple:
Within 30 days from the date we ship
your order you can return the item for any reason, however, we cannot accept damaged
goods. We will refund (credit your account) the purchase price less shipping costs. If you
have ordered the wrong size we will exchange the item for another size and only charge you
for return shipping.
Note: All returns must
be in original display package that is boxed in a protective shipping box along with a
copy of the original invoice and a note regarding the return. Failure to follow these
instructions will cause restocking fees up to 25% (at our discretion).

Air-Pump-Insoles, Inc., respects
your privacy. We use the information we collect on this web site to process orders. We
will add your name and mailing address to our database for our use. We will only contact
you concerning your order or to inform you of new products we are introducing. You may
also choose not to be contacted.
We will not sell, rent or trade your
personal information or your email address to third parties. The only exception to this
policy is to disclose information as required by law, or to protect users of our web site.
We value our privacy as you do yours
but more than that we value your business and will never do anything to betray your trust.
